@comcastcares @comcast just got off the phone with a Comcast rep. No help at all. Will someone that is competent please reach out to me. Maybe someone not reading a script. Was asked how I’m doing. Answered honestly that I was not good. Was told they are happy to hear that.

@NBCConnecticut —all this talk about Eversource’s response, no one is mentioning that Xfinity hasn’t restored service nor have they been seen anywhere. My power is restored but my cable/internet is not-I feel like they shut it off during power outage. #fixmycable !!

Still no internet. Cabal modem seems to be stuck trying to negotiate the upstream connection with Xfinity.Kinda wish I could rule out this being a problem with my equipment without involving customer support.

@day_dree @Xfinity @comcast That sucks. The internet provider choices have reduced or ended altogether in last many years. If Comcast has wireless backup connection, please ask for that. They generally have it for business account. We have it for AT&T. Comcast also have this option.

@comcastcares so let me get this straight, no phone # listed on the site, the chat service is not activated. Y’all advise to send a message via social media but don’t respond. I had Comcast for 72hrs & already regret it.
