Anyone else with @verizonfios gig service having trouble streaming? No matter the platform everything keeps stopping to buffer. It’s been bad all weekend. Speedtest says 300 download but it’s not acting like it

So they switched from FiOS to Xfinity yesterday… using the Streaming app in my Roku. How the hell am I supposed to change channels though? Talkin bout we can use the Roku remote.. ain’t no damn numbers on that jawn!! Smh.

@ummstrive I’ve @Verizon & @verizonfios & tbh I’m not impressed with them at all! My internet is alone is 200 a month & ong my service suck so bad it lag so bad. Customer service isn’t bad so to sum up my experience I’m looking for another carrier for internet! I’m not happy

@verizonfios has the worst customer service on earth. I’m still being charged for an account that isn’t mine and they said the ticket number they gave me doesn’t exist. Be better.

@ATT so round 3 or 4 going back and forth with trying to get internet set up and providing proof of residency and now get told there is no order open. By far the worst customer service provided. Wish Fios was an option here in Fort Worth.

@MatthewCappucci In your line of work, I'd recommend FiOS and moving if you need to in order to access it. I always looked at internet service providers when looking where to live (or buy)

@MatthewCappucci Just gave up the Verizon phone land line (had a package) and Fios internet alone came down to $70/month. Speed went up considerably. Worth investigating. Have been with Fios for 14 years.

@henrytcasey I know a lot of people who do it but I never have. There are usually pretty straightforward instructions online. I have Verizon FiOS so I don't need a cable modem.

Verizon screwed up our Wi-Fi yesterday when they were putting fios in on the first floor and now they are telling us they can’t send someone out to fix it until tomorrow afternoon. What kind of customer service is that @Verizon @verizonfios
