@VerizonSupport Yes, I have a cat6 Ethernet cord that I’m running directly into the back of my tower. The connection I’m receiving my data at never changes, just the amount of data I can pull. I just had it spike about 15 or more times in the span of 12 minutes, (10 seconds or more each spike)
